In this interview, Crounse provides his opinions on digital media. His comments were included in the February 2007 issue of MDNG, in the article "Digital Multitasking Systems: All-in-One Media for Your Unique Lifestyle."
An example of Crounse's feedback: "I early on began to appreciate the potential of the Internet to deliver health information and very targeted information to the audiences who need it, it's not just really broadcasting information out, but it's actually a social networking phenomenon that allows two-way communication. [Microsoft's] home entertainment and gaming divisions, Xbox in particular, are doing a lot of interesting work."
